Should you require our services, simply drop us an email with your drawings attached in either DWG or DXF format and if laser profiling is required ensure parts are drawn as a flat pattern and are on a “one to one” scale.
We can also etch on the profiled parts text, location points, lines etc. As the laser cut width is around a 10th of a millimetre we can profile extremely complex parts. Should you be converting from SolidWorks please ensure all flat patterns use a K factor of 0.275.
